  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form a crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  5. In another bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, chopped pecans, mini marshmallows, and vanilla extract.
  6. Pour this filling over the cooled crust, spreading it evenly.
  7. Return the pie to the oven and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let the pie cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
  9. Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
