Combine the Base Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup of rolled oats and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. Pour in 1 cup of non-dairy milk and ½ cup of Greek or plant-based yogurt. Drizzle in 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
