- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, frozen vegetables, minced garlic, and shredded cheeses. Stir well until fully mixed.
- Open the canned biscuits and cut each one into quarters, drizzle with melted butter, and toss to coat.
- Optionally, pre-bake the quartered biscuits on a greased baking sheet for 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the chicken mixture into the baking dish and arrange the biscuit pieces on top. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
