Marinade and Cooking
- In a medium bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Add flank steak, coat fully, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Combine mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, honey, and salt in a small bowl for the spicy cream sauce. Mix until smooth and refrigerate.
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat, add marinated steak, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let it rest.
- After resting, slice the steak thinly against the grain.
- Scoop cooked jasmine rice into bowls, arrange sliced steak on top, and add chopped green onions, shredded carrots, and cucumber.
- Drizzle spicy cream sauce over each bowl and serve immediately.
