Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Peel and mash 3 very ripe bananas until smooth. Add in 2 room temperature eggs, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1/3 cup of melted unsalted butter, 1/4 cup of milk, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir until well combined and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  4. Gradually pour the dry mixture into the bowl with the wet ingredients, folding gently without overmixing.
