Chicken
  • 1 pound Chicken (thighs or breasts) Thighs are preferred for juiciness.
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Green Onions Additional herbs can be used.
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Slice the chicken into thin strips, about ½ inch wide.
  3. Toss the sliced chicken in the marinade until thoroughly coated and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  4. Preheat a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
